This year we have experienced an unexpected but significant intervention by nature into the human experience of life on earth. Overnight life changed; not just in one region of the world but all over the planet. The Covid-19 pandemic has exposed the fragility and interdependence of our societies, cities and organizations. It has rammed home our frailty. We can see the immense stress in ecosystems, organizations and individuals and a new way is demanded from us.
This pandemic has more than ever unveiled to us that in every corner of society we need people who understand systems-thinking and regenerative practice. People that can help re-design in new resilient and regenerative ways. That honour human and natural resources and that understand that a thriving society is based on the wisdom of natural living systems.
We need builders and creators from all walks of life who understand systems-thinking and the regenerative wisdom and intelligence of nature’s 3.8 billion years of experience in thriving and evolving through challenging times. We are here to hold space for and inspire those of you who long to be part of rebuilding organizations and societies based on regenerative principles. We guide change makers along a knowledge and self-exploratory pathway that enable them to be regenerative systems activists.
The time has never been more potent for change makers and bridge builders. The Regenerators Journey is designed to give you an overview of key principles, tools, and approaches that are available to regenerative practitioners as you activate your agency in the world.

WE WILL JOURNEY THROUGH 5 MODULES OF REGENERATIVE WISDOM
MODULE 1: T
he Story of Separation
In this module we will explore the narratives that have underpinned our historic ways of thinking. We will explore the impact of mechanistic thinking, and examine the source of our own thinking processes. We will explore the story of separation between humanity and nature, masculine and feminine, our inner and outer nature, and the patterns in economic, biological and psychological thought that have contributed to our extractive and degenerative economy.
MODULE 2: The Intelligence of Nature & Living Systems
In this module we will begin to explore nature's patterns and principles which are the foundation for a regenerative way of designing, leading and being. We look at the logic of life and its key design principles, living systems and consider how we might shift our business systems and our leadership to work in alignment with nature's ways - principles that have worked for over 3.8 billion years.
MODULE 3: Systems-thinking & Ecosystem Facilitation
How do we apply living systems and systems thinking to business? In this module we will explore how to develop the skills of an ecosystem facilitator in your professional and personal life. Understanding how to make interventions and create successful results by learning to listen to and read the greater system as a whole. We will give practical details from big and small organizations and how they use systems thinking to guide their business journey. We'll practice identifying the nested systems in which our businesses sit, and consider the evolutionary potential we could tap into, and align with.
MODULE 4: Qualities & Practices for Regenerative Leaders
In each of our Circle weeks, we will be exploring the qualities, values, emotions and issues that surround being a regenerative leader. In this module, we will dive deeper into the qualities and values paramount for regenerative leaders and how we can cultivate these as embedded practices. The ability of balancing the masculine and feminine energy in our world starting with ourselves, tapping into our intuition, surrender to silence and explore our own inner landscapes are some of the qualities that are critical to achieving a regenerative future.
MODULE 5: Frameworks for Change
In this module, we will focus on application and how to translate regenerative practice into a new business and cultural norm. We will leverage the collective intelligence of the cohort by working on existing challenges faced by individual participants. We will look at existing models for transformation, and examine how we might chose the most appropriate approach for our organization or community.
A Final Gathering - staying committed
6 weeks after our collective journey ends, we will reconvene to explore if we are travelling well in the desired direction both on an organizational and personal level. We will share how we have all applied the learnings and insights we have gained, challenges, insights, epiphanies and successes will be shared to learn from each other and receive feedback from trusted peers.
WE ADDRESS 3 KEY AREAS OF TRANSFORMATION:
The Regenerators Journey holds space for the emergence of a new regenerative way forward within you, within your leadership practice and within your organizations/projects/communities you are a part of. It is designed to bridge personal regenerative activation and awakening with regenerative action on the ground. We connect our inner development to our outer agency in the world, leveraging deep, rich and sometimes ancient wisdom and knowledge to help Journeyers be effective catalysts of regenerative transformation.
Therefore the Journey is designed to activate the three key lines of work which a regenerative practitioner must continuously focus on:
1) INNER LEADERSHIP: Your own personal development: Where do I need to grow and learn as an individual? How could I hold space for regenerative ways to emerge? How do I see the dynamics of masculine/feminine play out within me? How could I live regeneratively and in tune with the cycles of life? How could I create a daily practice that grounds me to act according to my values? How do I translate my inner cycles and seasons to those around me and in my organizations? How do I cultivate my inner nature while creating a deep relationship to the nature around me?
2) OUTER LEADERSHIP: We apply our regenerative practice and leadership to develop the regenerative potential of the projects (organizations, communities) we work on: What does leadership and business look like in a regenerative economy? How do I vitalize and energize the culture in my organization/community? How do I see my role as an ecosystem-facilitator sensing into the potential to unleash stagnated energy? How do I activate the potential of diversity & Inclusion? How do I facilitate deeper connections in my community/organization? How does nature lead and what can I learn from nature’s ways? How do I hold space for self-organization? How can I apply systems-thinking my leadership and organisational development?
3) SYSTEMIC LEADERSHIP: We work on the potential within our projects (organizations/communities) to enact systemic change in our economies and ecologies: How can our projects create systemic positive ripple effects? How can I gain a deeper understanding of the ecosystem implications of my projects and actions? How can I leverage the entire ecosystem towards regenerative transformation?

WE DRAW ON WISDOM FROM A WIDE RANGE OF FIELDS
The soil upon which the Regenerators Journey is created is a rich blend of wisdom and knowledge from a wide range of fields. We include wisdom from developmental psychology and evolutionary biology to explore how emergent dynamics of life apply to human transformation. We are wanting to transform social systems so we include insigths from anthropology, sociology and design thinking. To understand how our minds and bodies reacts to different environments and situations we include insights from cognitive science and neuroscience. We draw on systems thinking, complexity science, and chaos theory and include the wisdom of living systems, biomimicry and biophilic design. And of course the whole field of sustainability, where, despite its often rather rigid and mechanistic models for change is an important piece to the puzzle.

THE FLOW OF THE JOURNEY:
The flow of the Journey is designed to be a blended learning approach of LIVE masterclasses, Q&A sessions and exploratory fishbowls where one or more Journeyers takes centre stage and we apply the collective intelligence of our group to their organization's challenge (KNOWLEDGE WEEKS). Every other week we will dive deeper into the application of the subjects from our Knowledge Week through group discussion and reflective practice (CIRCLE WEEKS).
You will journey together with a core group of 4-6 people. Every other week you and your group will dive deep into a set of reflective questions. When you sign up you receive a survey to fill out to ensure we create the best groups possible for all. There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet in pairs, small groups and in plenary with other members of the cohort.
The focus for the 12 weeks is to explore the many fields of knowledge from which regenerative practice has been drawn, so that you can begin to develop your role as a co-catalyst of the regenerative era. Your journey towards becoming a regenerative leader and change agent. Our role is to hold space for your process, inspire your journey and give you some of the key pillars and wisdom of a new regenerative way.
There is no diploma or course certificate. This is an exploratory and personal journey for you to dive deeper into the areas that can up level your regenerative practice and expertise. Our mission is to inspire your journey and hold the space while you explore new insights, perspectives and ideas.

JOURNEY GUIDES
Jenny Andersson is a creative strategist and trusted advisor to CEOs in business, social enterprise and NGOs, who has worked for over 30 years with global organisations, working with brands that are accelerating a shift from sustainability to regenerative strategies.
She calls on extensive experience developing communications strategies for purpose-led brands and scale-ups to deliver world-class facilitated interventions which deliver results. She is a trained facilitator with extensive knowledge of applying a wide variety of frameworks to business change, incuding The Natural Step, UN Sustainable Development Goals, Future-Fit Benchmarks, and takes inspiration from her training in biomimicry for social innovation. She is a Theory U and Art of Hosting practitioner.
She is currently CEO of We Activate The Future, a strategy and narrative development consultancy; and co-founder of The Really Regenerative Centre CIC – a community interest company helping business and citizens of Sussex to develop resillient, integrated, and regenerative economies and ecologies through learning initiatives.
Laura Storm has for the past 15 years headed and created multiple global organizations in the intersection between business, sustainability, climate change policy, innovation and leadership. She is the co-author of “Regenerative leadership - the DNA of life-affirming 21st century organisations” and teaches leaders in the new regenerative leadership paradigm through her organization Regenerators that addresses regenerative design, leadership, culture and living.
For her work she has been awarded the title "Worldchanger" by Greenbiz and is selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and Sustainability Expert. She serves on multiple Boards, either as chair or board member. She also hosts the podcast Cracks of Light - Leadership for a thriving world that engage leaders in a dialogue around the paradigm shift towards a world where purpose, people, planet & profit collectively thrive.
