Holding Space for Emergence

Laura and Jeff (Laura's friend and camera man) went on a hike and recorded some reflections to share with the Regenerators community. In this video, Laura reflects on how Regenerative Leadership asks for something that is unusual and sometimes uncomfortable for many in the field of leadership and business, that is: not having all of the answers. How do you surrender to not knowing? How can we accept that the process of becoming a Regenerator isn't one of learning a 10-step formula? How can we hold space for emergence, and avoid watering down the essence of regeneration? These are some of the open questions we're engaging with in this new series of reflections.
